Now I personally do not believe in the death penalety but even beyond that my main issue is that there is not 100% proof that this man commited the 1989 murder of a police officer. Now I do feel very strongly about this case and it is not like an execution is reversable. There have been several government officials and even the Pope who have asked for the case to be reviewed again. At this point it is seeming like a dramatic decision needs to be made from a higher political power.
